Visitor Numbering System Messed Up

    Since the latest update about a week or two ago I've had approximately 3000 to 4000 visitors. Each time a new visitor came onto the site, the visitor number went up by one (as it's supposed to do). About an hour ago, the numbers changed to a six digit number...ie 662840 (In my wildest dreams, I can only hope for so many visitors!). Also, the numbers don't go up sequentially by one...they jump up a random number from about 50 to 150 with seemingly no rhyme or reason.

    Anyone know what is going on?

    This is a temporary presentation problem. Your visitors real numbers are not lost, and will be back again soon!

    Elie, thank you very much for your quick response.

    I would like you to be aware of something that is going on....
    Woopra is a fantastic program with incredible potential! I realize that you guys have put an enormous effort into the program. However, as you well know, there are bugs in the program.

    I have been in contact with quite a few beta testers of your program and the main problem we all have is the lack of response to posts in the forum. Maybe you guys see the posts, but you do not respond to them leaving the user feeling lost and alone. Several of the people I have been in contact with have left the program because of this lack of response. I myself have posted several messages describing problems I am having and no response came from you guys.

    Elie, we accept that this is beta, but it is hard to accept the lack of response from you guys. Please, don't blow it...acknowledge problems and give us an idea of when the program will be updated. Thanks!

    The important thing is that we are reading all your posts and we are working on them.

    I promise people that you will have a better managed support system, amazing new Woopra features and a stable software very soon. We will have a blog post too explaining what we have been through from inside these last 2 months.
