This was already happening sporadically with the previous beta client but has worsened considerably with the RC2 client.

Whenever I load Woopra on my computer, all other applications that use a net connection like Firefox, Outlook, etc. will stop receiving data and time out with no apparent reason. The only solution is to shut down Woopra, then everything goes back to normal.

I'm running Vista Ultimate (32 bit). If you need any further specs or details please let me know.

Now that's interesting. Just for the record, I'm running Windows XP Pro SP3 and Firefox and Thunderbird (in my case) haven't lost connectivity yet. Vista problem perhaps? Need more feedback on this one since it would be interesting to find out what may be going on.

  • TechSport,

Do you have "sessions limitation"? Some ISPs do not allow you to have more than 20 simultaneous connections.
