Woopra client can't log in

Trying to log in with the Windows client and it never connects. It spins for several minutes then returns with the message: "Servers are down for maintenance, you may want to retry connecting later. Sorry for the inconvenience." I understand maintenance but this has been going on for several hours. An I just impatient or is something wrong?

Is this ever going to end? I come back after ditching Woopra for slow loads and terrible up time and haven't been able to login once since giving it another try.
