Woopra is not tracking "1" of the pages in on my site.
I have successfully added the script to the footer of the page.
One of the pages is "sub-domain" off the main site.
Therefore, not only did I have to add in the script to the "main" site, but also to this particular sub-domain.
While testing, I was able to track myself going through out my site, however, noted that I was not able to track one particular page of the site.
Can you please assist me on this.

  • Subdomains are not tracked by Woopra currently, as they are an additional domain. We're working on improving that feature. The fact that you can track yourself, and not others, is amazing. We'll look into this, so thanks for letting us know.

So, your saying if your main site was:
    http://www.WOOPRA.com -- Main Site

    and your sub-domain was:
    http://www.BETATEST.woopra.com

That the http://www.betatest.woopra.com would not be tracked correct?

Just want to make sure as even though the sub-domain still still off the main domain, it won't be tracked.

Your able to track yourself, as you are tagged within the system. But I mentioned I was not able to track the one particular page - which is the sub-domain page. (I am able to track everything else).
Also, still have the wrong time code.

  • Yes, you've got that correct. Sub-domains are not currently tracked as part of the domain. This is because the general purpose of a sub domain is to be treated separately. Otherwise people normally just create a directory.

We are looking into ways to allow users to combine sub-domain and domain traffic, but it might be a while...
