I basically haven't been able to use Woopra much lately. It constantly freezes or logs out. Frequently I can't log in. I didn't have these problems with the earlier versions.

  • Ditto.

Haven't been able to log in for 4 days.

  • Has this issue stopped or are you continuing to have trouble logging in? Does the online version of the web stats continue to work for you, or is the problem related only to the desktop client? Please let us know specifically your operating system and any error messages you may be getting so we can track down the issue. Thank you!

the stas seem to be way off. No key words except for the most recent (post getting it to log on) and it has not been able to log on for two days now

I'm getting kind of the same thing. When I can login, I've had one of my sites forever load and then Woopra disconnects me. Now when I try, I can see visitors but no page views and I cannot see any more data about visitors other than the default view.

When do you expect the new version to be released?

    Love the product overall.

  • A new version will be out soon, and we know this is annoying. We need more specific information such as the operating system you are using to help us track down the issue, if it is OS specific. Some are reporting this and then it is working within a short time, so the inconsistency is frustrating. The more information we can get to help us track this down will help tremendously.

    Thanks for your input.

I have the same issue - intermittent connections, timeouts, being disconnected. Sites have been serving fine all along.

I have days where there are no stats recorded at all, this seems to have started July 4. Interestingly some sites reported fine on the same days where other sites did not report at all.

Running Woopra on Mac OS 10.5.4. on a MacBook Pro 17" 2.4 GHZ INtel Core 2 Duo.
Servers are MacPro running Apache, let me know if you need more detail.

Hope that helps, keep up the great work!

I was experiencing the same problems on the following computers over the last few weeks. I haven't run Woopra for a few days, so I don't know if the problem has been resolved or not.

    • HP Pavilion a6000n running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit version
    • Gateway desktop (don't know the model number off the top of my head) running Windows XP Professional

I also noticed a few weeks ago that all of my analytics information was missing from the Web interface, but it seems to be working properly again.
