I'm tracking 4 sites on Woopra. I've been using the app for about a month now; starting with one site and adding the next three over the past few weeks. I noticed an issue today though when I opened up the desktop app: one of my sites is "gone" from the tabs on top. The affected site is http://www.co.nobles.mn.us.

I have checked the site, the code is still there as it should be. The site still shows up on my "My Websites" list, as do the others. It's just not loading up in the desktop app.

    Thanks in advance!

I have been tracking 3 sites, but 2 of them have disappeared as well.

They all appear under 'My Websites' but I have no stats for any of them in the web analytics page, and only one site is showing in the tabs on the desktop app.

    The missing ones are:
    cjw.me.uk
    outsidedays.com

Same here. I've been tracking two sites. One disappeared just a few minutes ago.

Just checked again and the missing tabs / sites in the desktop app have reappeared.

Still can't view stats in the browser :-(
It just keeps on saying 'Your query returned no results'

  • Hey, mine's back too! Would love to hear word on what happened...or if/when it will happen again. Weird that only 1 out of 4 sites disappeared. --Admins???

For all users experiencing this issue, Sign Out of the desktop app and then Sign In again and your missing site(s) will/should "reappear" =)

I'm tracking two blogs and my main blog stats has suddenly disappeared. This problem has happened before and it's very irritating to say the least. My codes are set up fine on both blogs, so that's not the problem.

I wish that Woopra Admin would respond to the forum messages to give us a heads up on what's going on and that it's being fixed. What good is it to have a forum and questions asked and then have no response? Argh!

  • I've just posted a response to this issue. If you have multiple websites approved, they may be (likely) on different servers. When we are working on the servers, the website tab will disappear from your client but will reappear when we're done. If you have only one website, you may not get connected to the server at all.

Web stats (on Woopra.com) are not working in this release. We're working on it.
