  Wordpress tells me I cannot add a plugin. They deny access to the Plugins directory as well. It appears I am doing something wrong, or Woopra won't work with Wordpress.

  Any suggestions?

  Right now you can not use the plugin on your WordPress.com blog. They are looking into seeing how to support it.
