    Hello

    I'm running the plugin version 1.3.1 on WordPress 2.6.1 and when I try to check my analytics I receive this message "Your query returned 0 results" but when I connect from my client everything works fine and I'm able to check my live stats.

    Tested on Firefox 3.0.1 and Safari 3.1.2 on Mac OS 10.5.4

  • Are you sure you have the right API Key?
    Are you able to connect to see the stats in the Desktop Application?

    Same here.

    Echoing the HTTP-Request to the analytics-server gave following result:

    http://engine21.woopra.com/api/output_format=xml&website=blog.marcus-kimpenhaus.de&api_key=my-api-key-here&query=GET_GLOBALS&start_day=200215&end_day=200245&limit=50&offset=0

    When I fire up this request with my browser I receive this:

    <response error="1">Website+does+not+exist%21</response>

    So this is not an issue of browser plugin or anything like that but off the analytics-server. The desktop client is returning good results.

    For those who want to test it - I inserted

    echo $this->url;

    into line 54 on woopra_xml.php

    regards,
    marcus.

    @curdaneta:

    what shane asked was the server-id your analytics-reuqest is fired against.

    mine is engine21 - it's encoded in the http-request

    http://engine21.woopra.com/api/....

    as you can see it's engine21.woopra.com. To see which server you are requesting - edit woopra_xml.php line 54 and insert echo $this->url; - open the woopra-analytics page on the dashboard and yout query-string is echoed.

    regards,
    marcus.

    The woopra 1.3.2 wordpress plugin needs the images and lang folders that are missing.

    Can someone please share the older version of wordpress plugin ?

    Thanks.

  • I have two sites in my woopra account. On the first one I have the 1.3.1 worpress plugin installed (downloaded from http://static.woopra.com/woopra_wordpress.zip ). This site works and I love the stats in the admin pages!

    I just installed 1.3.2 on my other site (downloaded from wordpress.org - the admin console prompts users to upgrade to this version). This version does not show any stats. I have the same issues as the OP "Your query returned 0 results".

    I copied the images folder from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 as polle mentioned but where are the langauge files? So far no change - no joy.

    @polle:

    you are absolutly correct! before creating the lang folder I got an error - after creating it - I got "Your query returned 0 results.
    Click here to retry again!"

    But the de.js is still 404 (of course).

    Where to get those language-files?

    Same issue as Raymer. Upgraded to 1.3.2. and still no stats on the wordpress backend just that pesky message: Your query returned 0 results

    If it is because of server upgrade anyone here knows how long it usually lasts?

    Same issue. Just installed and desktop version seems to work fine but in dashboard only says "Your query returned 0 results.".

    Wordpress 2.6.0, Woopra plugin 1.3.3

    Edit: seems to fix itself after around hour of running. :) It seems I must not be fast to complain with Woopra it's just somewhat slow.
