I've added my site and it got approved. Nothing is showing up. So i'm wondering did i make an mistake with signing up?
I've signed in without the http://www. Like woopra.com, like it said in the add site screen. Should i change it to http://www.example.com
How do i change this afterwards.

I'm using a mac and wordpress (Plugin and code inserted)

  • Woopra only uses domain.com, not http://www.domain.com. The www is automatically deleted. Your issue is not the domain submission, unless it was misspelled when submitted.

This is not good. Our domain will not resolve to domain.com and requires the http://www.

What's the point to removing the www? Using www will always work, without it, not so much.

Fact is I filled it in without the http://www. But i'm stil getting the "Your query returned no results" So what can be the solution to get it working?

  • I'm using Wordpress and it didn't work with the plugin. Try the manual installation, that's how I got it working :)

what about sub-domains? they can't all be used under a domain.com account, right?

  • Leoport,

That is a slightly different topic so I'm going to close this thread after this response... but the answer is that subdomains are treated as separate sites - which is actually technically the purpose of subdomains.

If you want all of the traffic aggregated into one report currently the site needs to use subdirectories.
