Woopra isn’t Working. Why isn’t it tracking my website?
You may have multiple websites within a single account on Woopra, but each website is tracked individually. Here are some things to try to determine why one or more sites might not be tracking and working with the other sites are:
- Verify the Woopra JavaScript is correct and updated
- Note* That the javascript for each website is slightly different
- Verify the Woopra JavaScript is placed in every page on your website that you wish to track
- Validate your site for errors which may interfere with Woopra’s JavaScript
- Check your Woopra Plan level to see if you’ve passed the limits of your Plan
