This year’s Dreamforce theme is the Customer Company Revolution which is perfectly in line with Woopra’s mission to help organizations put customer insight at the center of every decision.

Come Meet The Woopra Team

You can find the Woopra team all week in Cloud Expo North at Booth N1128. Stop by and say hi – we’d love to meet you!

We’ll be handing out exclusive Woopra swag that will only be available at Dreamforce. But, the most exciting part is that our team will be available for 1-on-1 consultations during the event. You’ll have the opportunity to get tailored advice that will help you identify areas for improvement and also show you how you can engage your prospects and customers better.

“Woopra is helping to drive customer success within the customer data analytics market by leveraging the power of the Salesforce Platform to seamlessly integrate behavioral insight and CRM, ultimately transforming the way companies connect with their customers.” – Ron Huddleston, senior vice president, ISV & Channel, salesforce.com

How Do Woopra & Salesforce Work Together?

Woopra and Salesforce connect in many different ways, but all with the same ultimate goal: To bridge the gap between your analytics’ behavioral data and the CRM.

Here are a few ways we do this:

1. Embedding the Woopra Customer Profile

Earlier this year, we announced our partnership with salesforce.com and launched a Woopra app in the salesforce.com AppExchange.

The app embeds a Woopra Customer Profile directly within your Salesforce lead and contact records. The Woopra Customer Profile details every action a prospect or customer has done on your site or app, giving your team real-time insight into customer behavior.

Here’s a little more about the Woopra for Salesforce app available on the AppExchange.

2. Push Woopra data to Salesforce

Using Woopra’s Triggers feature, you can push other data to Salesforce as well. For example, here at Woopra, we send all new signups to Salesforce where we create a new Lead Record for each one. We send the lead’s name, email, and more.

3. Push Salesforce data to Woopra

Lastly, you can push your Salesforce data to Woopra in order to enrich your analytics experience. For example, import opportunity probability updates in real-time to Woopra to have a clearer view on your sales funnel across multiple channels.

Request Consultation

The options are truly endless. To learn more about how you can connect your analytics and CRM to create better customer experiences, request a 1-on-1 consultation by emailing us to dreamforce@woopra.com.
