Woopra’s Dashboard is a great tool for an at-a-glance overview of your visitors’ behavior, but for some time we’ve wanted to update our current model to make it more useful and more informative.
Choosing what metrics to include presented a huge problem, however. Different users need different things. Marketers might want completely different reports front and center than would sales or product teams. How could we make a one-size-fits-all solution?
The simple answer was to let each user decide for themselves what data matters the most, and Woopra’s customizable Dashboard was born.
Back in February, Woopra’s new, customizable Dashboard was released in Beta, and we asked you for your feedback.
Thanks to the responses we received, we’ve refined and tailored the new Dashboard. We’ve developed and included more live widgets, allowed renaming functionality and multiple viewing modes for many of the Widgets (Hover over the graph and look for the arrows!), and improved the overall experience according to your requests.
Today, we’re excited to announce that the live version has been released as the default view, providing every user with a completely customizable snapshot of their most important metrics.
We haven’t abandoned our old Dashboard, however. You can return to our previous version at any time by clicking the ‘Older Version’ link in the top left.
Get Your Dashboard Set Up!
The Dashboard is completely unique to each user in your Woopra account, and can be individually customized!
Live Widgets designed exclusively for the Dashboard can be added by clicking the + icon in the top right of the screen, or can be generated from any report or Label you wish.
Widgets can be generated from any of the following:
- Analytics reports
- Funnel reports
- Retention reports
Just open the report or Label, configure it however you wish – change the date range, customize customer segments, etc. – then click the pin icon at the top right, and the Widget will be pinned to your Dashboard.
