How to Add a Website

  1. From the Woopra Members Page, click on the Add Website button
  2. Type in the domain name of your site
    • If adding a subdomain, you can safely ignore the ‘www’ in front of the text box
  3. Select the time zone for your website. The time zone is used so that the Dashboard resets at midnight in the time zone you select.
  4. Select the category that best fits your site
  5. Select a package
  6. Choose the number of agent seats you would like to be made available
  7. Choose whether you would like to be billed monthly or yearly
  8. Select or add a payment method
    • A payment method is not necessary when choosing the Basic (free) package
  9. Lastly, click on the Continue to Setup button
